We expect all players to conduct themselves respectfully. Abusive chat, deliberate game abandonment to manipulate ratings, and unsportsmanlike behavior may result in account suspension.
All content within EndGame Eye — including the app design, code, graphics, and Stockfish integration — is owned by EndGame Eye or its licensors. The Stockfish chess engine is open-source under the GNU GPL v3 license. Chess piece symbols are standard Unicode characters.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be accurate for all positions. Chess engine analysis is a tool, not a substitute for chess education.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndGame Eye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms and will notify users of significant changes through the app.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
